Key Responsibilities: - Provide solutions proficiency to analyze and identify gaps, lead solution design, and implement Kinaxis Rapid Response application to meet business requirements. - Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation activities. - Conduct workshops to understand end-to-end business process requirements and propose optimal solutions. - Deliver high-quality client solutions that surpass expectations, are on-time, and within budget. - Manage client solution delivery, define project approach, motivate project teams, monitor risks, engage key stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery. - Identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, understand client needs, communicate opportunities to EY leadership, and contribute to business development. Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and various forecasting techniques. - Experience in supply chain consulting or operations with expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response. - Familiarity with integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems, data warehouses, workflows, and query development. - 4 to 7 years of experience in SCM planning and delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, Planning & Logistics domain. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Kinaxis Rapid Response Author certification or Contributor certification is advantageous.
