Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kids Club Entertainer to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and entertainment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement engaging entertainment programs for kids.
Create a fun and inclusive environment that encourages participation.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm when interacting with children.
Ensure all activities are safe and appropriate for young audiences.
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of entertainment programs based on feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or entertainment, preferably in a kids' club setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
Familiarity with event planning and management software.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
