Key Sales Manager

As a Key Sales Manager with at least two years of field sales experience, your main responsibility will be to find new business prospects, nurture lasting client relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will be expected to lead and oversee a team of sales representatives, ensuring that monthly and yearly sales goals are met. Providing sales training and product knowledge to agents, as well as assisting them in enhancing their performance and expanding their customer base, will also be part of your role. Your ability to establish connections with new clients through direct outreach and referrals, while maintaining strong relationships with both agents and clients, will be crucial to your success. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a business or marketing degree, with an MBA being preferable. You should have a minimum of two years of experience in any field sales role, along with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
