Job Description

To recruit highly qualified and capable individuals for the role of Key Area Manager (KAM), ensuring alignment with the company's goals in the Cardio & Diabetes therapy segment

Policy Guidelines

1. Recruitment Criteria

Educational Background
:
Candidates must possess a relevant degree (e.g., B.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, MBA in Pharmaceutical Management) or equivalent qualification in life sciences or healthcare.
Work Experience
:
Prior experience in sales and marketing within the
Cardio & Diabetes therapy segments
is mandatory. (Preferably from top 20).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with doctors.
Age Limit
:
Applicants must be under
28 years
to ensure adaptability and long-term growth potential.
Geographical Knowledge
:
Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of their assigned territory to facilitate effective market penetration and relationship management with KOLs

2. Desired Competencies

Therapy Area Expertise
:
Comprehensive understanding of
Cardio & Diabetes treatment protocols
and relevant products (Patho physiology & Diabetes brands).
Networking and Relationship Skills
:
Established connections with
KOLs
in the assigned territory and the ability to leverage these relationships effectively.
Personality and Representation
:
Professional demeanor, presentable appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.
Performance Metrics
:
Data-driven approach, problem-solving skills, and a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

3. Compensation Structure

Annual Budget per Candidate
: ?3 to ?4 Lakhs per annum. (with gradual increase from base).
