Job Title: Key Account Manager Warehouse (West Region)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage warehouse operations for the allocated Region while being based at our Hoskote facility in Bangalore. The role involves overseeing client operations remotely, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving efficiency across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage key client accounts for the allocated Region from the Hoskote warehouse.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and coordinate all warehousing activities including inventory, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
Resolve client escalations and ensure service excellence.
Analyze operational data, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with regional teams to align processes and optimize resource utilization.
