About the Role:

Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture key client relationships in the US, ensuring long-term satisfaction and account growth.
• Drive account revenue through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Handle escalations effectively by bridging communication between client and offshore teams.
• Analyze account metrics and create reports to track account health and performance.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and customer strategies.

Requirements:

• 510 years of experience in

  Key Account Management / Client Services / Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales

  , with at least 3+ years managing US-based clients.
• Strong understanding of global delivery models and cross-cultural communication.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
