Key Accounts Manager

We're Hiring: Key Accounts Manager (Recruitment) Location: Chennai Experience: 3+ years in recruitment/account management Industry: Recruitment / Talent Acquisition About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and accountable Key Accounts Manager who can independently handle client accounts, understand their hiring needs, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to onboarding the right talent. Key Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned client accounts Understand and gather client requirements accurately Allocate mandates to recruiters and track progress Screen profiles, ensure quality checks, and submit within TAT Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and handle follow-ups Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment and client account handling Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to multitask and manage delivery timelines Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong sense of ownership and accountability What We Offer: Exposure to top-tier clients across IT & Non-IT sectors Supportive team and leadership environment Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling firm Performance-based incentives
