D Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and analytical KAM to oversee and expand relationships with our most strategic sellers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Excel skills and a strong aptitude for data analysis, enabling them to derive actionable insights and drive seller success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to manage key accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities Seller Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key apparel sellers, serving as the primary point of contact. Strategic Account Planning: Understand seller objectives and develop tailored account plans to meet their needs and drive mutual growth. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports. Problem Resolution: Address seller issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure swift resolution and maintain seller satisfaction. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring seller satisfaction. Qualifications Education: Fashion graduate preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization tools. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.   Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in [Insert Industry, e.g., FMCG, Technology, Healthcare]. Certification in Key Account Management or related fields. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.   Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Seller retention and satisfaction rates. Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth. Accuracy and timeliness of reports and forecasts.     Efficiency in resolving seller issues and inquiries.
