Roles and Responsibilities Manage key accounts for life insurance products through bancassurance channels. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Build strong relationships with bank partners to drive cross-selling opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in Banca or Direct Channel. Strong understanding of Life Insurance products and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
