Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key residential builders and developers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the residential segment.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and product delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on account performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in key account management, project sales, or B2B sales in the

    building materials/construction chemical industry.

  • Strong network with residential builders and developers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
