Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative/Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the companys medical devices to healthcare professionals, managing relationships with stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: • Promote, demonstrate, and sell medical devices to doctors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. • Conduct regular visits to doctors (target: approx. 8 per day) based on a pre-approved Monthly Tour Plan. • Ensure availability of company products at retail chemists and maintain strong retailer relationships. • Liaise with company-authorized wholesalers to maintain adequate stock levels for local distribution. • Prepare and submit daily reports detailing visits made to doctors, retailers, and wholesalers. • Collaborate with managers and product executives during joint field visits to enhance market penetration. • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across all product lines. • Attend scheduled sales review meetings to evaluate performance and strategize future growth. • Provide timely feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry advancements. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in science, BPharm, MPharm or a related field (preferred). • 1-4 years of experience as a Medical Representative (Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets. • Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools. • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
