Job Description

As a Key Accounts Manager for E & Quick Commerce at one of the strongest brands in the Bakery category in India, your role will involve the P&L responsibility of the Marketplace vertical across all E-commerce channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating revenue in the Marketplace vertical across all E-commerce platforms according to the company's business plan. - Devising unique strategies for each E-commerce portal. - Developing a team responsible for managing different accounts and activities. - Building relationships with customers, specifically category managers of E-commerce companies. - Finalizing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) annually with each marketplace and category manager. - Securing timely POs and ensuring quantities align with targets. - Managing expiry and return within the company's specified limits. - Ensuring brand and product visibility on all E-Comm / Quick - Comm portals. - Designing and implementing marketing campaigns on these portals and analyzing ROI with analytics. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Post Graduation degree: MBA/ PGDM in Management is preferred. - 3-5 years of key account management (KAM) / category experience in D2C / e-commerce focused / marketplace companies, ideally in the food segment. - Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated creative and critical thinking abilities. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint. Your skills in campaigns, analytics, relationship management, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, e-commerce, key account management, team development, and marketing campaigns will be crucial for success in this role.
