Job Description

We are seeking Key Accounts Managers for E & Quick Commerce at one of the leading brands in the Bakery category in India. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L of the Marketplace vertical encompassing all E-commerce channels in Sales. Your responsibilities will include generating revenue in the Marketplace vertical across various E-commerce platforms in alignment with the company's business plan. You will be required to strategize uniquely for each E-commerce portal, develop a dedicated team to manage different accounts and activities, and cultivate relationships with customers, particularly category managers of E-commerce companies. Moreover, you will be tasked with finalizing and executing JBP (Joint Business Plans) annually with each marketplace and category manager, ensuring timely POs, managing quantities to meet targets, and controlling expiry and return rates within specified limits. Additionally, you will oversee the brand and product visibility on all E-Comm / Quick - Comm portals, design and implement marketing campaigns, and evaluate their ROI using analytics. Ideally, you should hold a Post Graduation degree such as MBA/ PGDM in Management and possess 3-5 years of experience in key account management (KAM) or category management within a D2C / e-commerce focused / marketplace company, preferably in the food segment. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with demonstrated creative and critical thinking abilities. The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint are required. Key skills for this position include expertise in campaigns, analytics, relationship management, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, e-commerce, key account management, ROI reporting, team development, quick changeover, marketing campaigns, communication, Joint Business Plans (JBP), and e-commerce strategies.,
