Role Description

We are seeking a results-oriented KAM with a strong background in fintech, digital lending, or the broader BFSI sector. This role is critical to managing lender performance, improving application-to-disbursal journeys, and leading cross-functional coordination to optimize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end lender relationship management, including performance reviews and alignment on business targets.

•Track and optimize the loan funnel to boost lead-to-loan conversion rates.

•Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective nudges, retargeting flows, and customer journey enhancements.

•Coordinate the onboarding and technical integration of new lending partners.

•Lead declined lead monetization by identifying alternate lenders and routing strategies.

•Monitor and improve call center productivity, approval-to-disbursal ratios, and insurance cross-sell performance.

•Analyze lender and partner-wise data to generate insights and recommendations for strategic growth.

•Ensure accurate and timely customer messaging across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

•4–6 years of relevant experience in the BFSI, digital lending, or fintech ecosystem.

•Strong analytical skills, coordination abilities, and experience managing internal and external stakeholders.

•Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive business outcomes.
