Job Description

As a Key Accounts Manager at the leading Travel Company in Hyderabad, your primary role will be to manage and expand relationships with strategically important customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for key client matters, anticipate client needs, and ensure the smooth delivery of services to drive satisfaction and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow relationships with existing key clients, focusing on high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams such as operations, product, and finance. - Understand client needs and customize travel solutions accordingly, providing value-added services. - Monitor account performance, generate reports, and conduct regular business reviews with clients. - Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, leading upselling or cross-selling efforts. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support overall business growth. - Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of customer service. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA is a plus. - 5-8 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector. - Proven track record in managing large corporate or B2B accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. In addition to the above details, the job is full-time and requires you to work on weekdays in a day shift schedule. The preferred location for this role is in Hyderabad, Telangana, and the work is expected to be conducted in person.,
