Job Description

As a Key Accounts Manager at the leading Travel Company in Hyderabad, your primary role will be to manage and expand relationships with strategically important customers. You will act as the main point of contact for key client matters, ensuring their needs are met and driving satisfaction and revenue growth through smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and enhance relationships with existing key clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams such as operations, product, and finance. - Tailor travel solutions based on client needs, offering value-added services. - Monitor account performance, generate reports, and conduct regular business reviews with clients. - Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and lead upselling or cross-selling efforts. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support overall business growth. - Resolve client issues promptly to maintain a high standard of customer service. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field; MBA is a plus. - 5-8 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector. - Demonstrated success in managing large corporate or B2B accounts. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. In this full-time role with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, your experience of 5 years in Key Accounts Management within the Travel Industry will be preferred. The work location is in-person at Hyderabad, Telangana.,
