BU - Baby Care Roles & Responsibilities : The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with corporate and semi-corporate hospitals across the west region . The role involves developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, ensuring their needs are met, and expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. Understand the needs and requirements of key customers and provide tailored solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and key accounts. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to key accounts. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and handle complaints to maintain trust. Identify opportunities for growth within the assigned territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities. Requirements: Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to solve problems and negotiate effectively. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Skills: Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. This role is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction, driving business growth, and maximizing long-term profitability.
