Roles & Responsibilities :

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with corporate and semi-corporate hospitals across the west region . The role involves developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, ensuring their needs are met, and expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of key customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and key accounts.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to key accounts.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and handle complaints to maintain trust.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the assigned territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.

  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to solve problems and negotiate effectively.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
    • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Skills:

    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
