Key Accounts Manager - F&B, Hospitality, or FMCG /Horeca

We are having an urgent opening for Key Account Manager with one of reputed client into Beverage Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Key Account Management:

  Nurture relationships with our prestigious B2B clients across India to drive retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.

• New Business Development:

  Identify and convert new opportunities within the HORECA, QSR, and beverage sectors.

• Client Engagement:

  Build deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers and purchasing heads; act as the voice of the customer internally.

• Innovation & Product Development:

  Partner with clients and the internal R&D team to co-create new flavors and offerings that align with market trends.

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

  Own and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals with a strong focus on quality and consistency.

• Market Research:

  Stay ahead of trends in the hospitality and beverage industry to uncover white space opportunities.

• Travel & Field Work:

  Regularly travel across India to meet clients, conduct product demos, attend industry events, and build a stronger presence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in

  Hospitality Management

  ,

  Food Technology

  , or related field

• B2B Sales / Key Accounts

   in the

  F&B, Hospitality, or FMCG

   sectors
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of how hospitality and beverage businesses operate
• Creative thinker with a passion for

  product development and innovation

• Willingness to travel extensively
