Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee background verification processes for clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks and quality delivery.
  • Develop strong vendor relationships to source top talent from various channels, including social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment strategies and meet project deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional client coordination services by understanding their needs, expectations, and preferences.
  • Manage key client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in account management or a related field (BGV).
  • Strong background in client account management, client coordination, client relationship building, and key client management.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust with clients at all levels.
