Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee background verification processes for clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks and quality delivery.
Develop strong vendor relationships to source top talent from various channels, including social media platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment strategies and meet project deadlines.
Provide exceptional client coordination services by understanding their needs, expectations, and preferences.
Manage key client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in account management or a related field (BGV).
Strong background in client account management, client coordination, client relationship building, and key client management.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust with clients at all levels.
