Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Use technical knowledge of
wood coating processes
(spray gun applications for furniture).
Regularly follow up with
paint booth teams
and
purchase departments
in OEM factories.
Build strong relationships with furniture industry clients to generate new business.
Coordinate between
clients and distributors
for smooth operations.
Provide
after-sales service and support
to ensure client satisfaction.
Suggest the right coating solutions as per customer needs.
Keep track of
industry trends and competitors
to identify growth opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
3 years of OEM experience
(preferably in the furniture sector).
Strong
communication and people skills
.
Ability to
maintain long-term client relationships
.
Knowledge of wood finishes like
PU, melamine, etc.
is an advantage.

Technical diploma or certification in
surface finishing / industrial coatings
.
Experience in
sales, client servicing, or business development
in the coatings/furniture industry.
Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented
personality.
