Key Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Relationship Management

• Act as the primary SPOC for assigned insurance partners.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with insurer teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct periodic review meetings to discuss performance, open issues, and process improvements.

2. Case Management (AHC / PPHC / Tele-MER)

• Oversee end-to-end case flow from initiation to closure.
• Ensure timely processing of cases as per agreed SOPs.
• Track and resolve case-level escalations or grievances promptly.

3. SLA Monitoring & Compliance

• Track service delivery against agreed SLAs with each insurer.
• Identify and address SLA breaches proactively.
• Share regular SLA performance dashboards with Internal and external stakeholders.

4. Grievance Handling

• Log, investigate, and resolve grievances within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Medical, Tech) for resolution.

5. Collections & Financial Tracking

• Coordinate with finance for timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Maintain records of collections and pending amounts.

6. Reporting & MIS

• Maintain monthly case count and related performance metrics.
• Prepare and share periodic MIS reports with management and insurer partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in TPA, Health Insurance, or similar operations-based role.
• Strong knowledge of AHC / PPHC / Tele-MER processes (preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle escalations with maturity and maintain professional communication.
