Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Key Account Manager Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon and Flipkart managing day-to-day operations and fostering strong relationships with platform account managers. Plan promotional calendars to align with business objectives. 2. Sales Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including pricing, promotions, and discount planning. Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics. 3. Product Listings & Content Optimization Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings, ensuring high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and adherence to platform guidelines. 4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce lead times. 5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Analyze sales data, marketplace trends, and customer feedback to drive strategic decision-making. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders. 6. Customer Relationship Management Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and managing reviews. Preferred candidate profile Experience with Amazon and Flipkart platforms
