Role: Sr. Quality Assurance (Fit Technician) Location: Gurgaon Job Overview & Experience : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Garment Fit Technician - Womens wear for our Delhi Location. Bachelor's degree in fashion design, Diploma/Apparel engineering. Proficiency in garment construction, patternmaking, CAD skills and sewing techniques. Minimum Experience 6- 8 yrs. Job Responsibilities:- Conduct fit sessions with live models or dress forms to evaluate the overall fit of garments. Evaluate all types of samples: Development, Fit, Preproduction, Size set & Buyer sample, with a feasibility study of product & risk analysis. Strong understanding of garment construction and pattern making. Work closely with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to address fit issues and implement necessary changes. Ensure that pattern modifications align with design and fit specifications. Communicate effectively with vendors and factories to ensure that fit and quality standards are understood and met. Sealing of pre-production sample & handover complete file to vendor. Perform special assignment and case study for continuous improvement in quality & productivity. Perform quality control checks to verify that all fit-related adjustments have been accurately applied in the production process. Participate in wear testing and product trials to assess the durability and functionality of garments in real-life conditions. Provide technical support to Vendor merchant, Design team & factories. Responsible for all technical issue of garments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to travel to vendor sites for fit evaluations and quality checks.
