Job Overview: - We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Professional to ensure the quality and compliance of our garments in Tirupur. The QA Professional will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality control processes, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions to meet and exceed our quality standards. Job Description: Good knowledge of garment testing and inspection criteria. Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes. To ensure timely delivery of quality merchandise as per buyer specification Communicate quality standards and requirements to suppliers and ensure compliance through regular audits and evaluations. Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the garment production process, including raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. Train production staff on quality control procedures, product specifications, and best practices to maintain consistency and minimize defects. Maintain documentation and records related to quality control processes, inspections, and corrective actions Investigate customer complaints or returns related to product quality and implement corrective actions to address underlying issues. Experience: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years experience in the garment industry, including in-house production, buying agency, and working with reputed online brands. Diploma/bachelors degree in Apparel Manufacturing Technology/Textile Technology.
