Key Account Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager at Casantro, a luxury kitchens and wardrobes brand based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in educating dealers about our premium product portfolio, which includes shutters, kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions, and various interior accessories. Your responsibilities will include conducting promotional activities to increase market adoption, focusing on onboarding dealers from specific target segments such as design studios and premium counters selling interior product ranges. Your primary goal will be to appoint a sufficient number of dealers in each locality, establish new counters, and grow the business share with existing counter partners. By overachieving sales revenue targets and ensuring high levels of trade engagement and product awareness, you will contribute to the company's success and market presence. Collaboration with category and cross-functional teams will be essential to gather valuable market feedback and insights. This role offers the opportunity for exceptional performers to grow rapidly within the organization. To excel in this position, you should be a graduate with a minimum of 4 years of experience or a post-graduate with at least 3 years of experience in managing dealer sales channels. Previous experience with reputed interior industry brands like Hettich, Ebco, or Greenlam is preferred. A strong network and connections within the interior design studio and architect community will be advantageous. We are looking for individuals with a relentless drive for success, sales excellence, and a minimum of 20 architect connections in the Delhi NCR region.
