What You’ll Do

Key Account Manager

  • Take complete ownership of managing and growing a

    major client account

    .
  • Build and maintain

    long-term relationships

    with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into effective

    creative, mainline, and digital campaigns

    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, copy, digital, media, production) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve client objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present updates to both clients and management.
  • Identify new opportunities within the account to grow business and strengthen partnerships.
  • Handle budgets, timelines, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

What We Want

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has

    5–6 years of experience

    in an advertising agency, with strong exposure to

    both mainline and digital campaigns

    .
  • Is

    fluent in English and has the ability to comfortably engage with clients in Marathi

    , which will be an added advantage for Pune-based accounts.
  • Has prior experience in handling

    large or key client accounts independently

    .
  • Possesses excellent

    communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

    .
  • Is proactive, strategic, and solution-oriented.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Believes in collaboration and aligns with Tempest’s values.
