Key Account Manager - Pune

The main purpose of the role is to manage a group of customers in order to achieve designated sales target levels and develop profitable business with new and existing customers. As the Sales Manager, you will be required to possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of the client's business. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the direct sales process with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will also be responsible for sales expansion by introducing new products/services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients. Additionally, you will need to submit short and long-range sales plans, prepare sales strategies, and utilize available marketing programs to reach nominated targets. Building and retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients, ensuring high quality customer service, informing clients of new products and services, and transferring information to appropriate sales representatives when clients have additional service needs will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have an Associate's Degree (13 years) as the minimum education requirement. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is essential for this role.,
