Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Key Account Manager - Technical. The Key Account Manager will oversee business planning and account management for key clients, ensuring optimal customer service while managing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing solid relationships with key accounts, executing business strategies, supporting technical project requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving growth for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Account handling skills, with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to design strategies and drive growth for key accounts.
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities, ensuring proactive communication and resolving client issues effectively.
  • Educational background in business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales and relationship management targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using key software and tools for account management and client communication is advantageous.
