Job Description

Client Relationship & Business Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand current and future staffing needs.
  • Drive headcount growth through:

New hiring,

Role expansions, and

Internal transfers based on client demand.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance engagement and expand business within the account.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to align staffing performance with client expectations.

Staffing Delivery & Workforce Operations

  • Ensure seamless deployment of employees, from recruitment coordination to onboarding.
  • Maintain updated records of deployed headcount, open positions, and transfer movements.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to meet hiring targets within agreed timelines.
  • Oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle management for deployed staff.

Attendance Management & Payroll Coordination

  • Track, validate, and manage monthly attendance and leave records of deployed employees.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs to the payroll team.
  • Address payroll-related queries from employees and the client to ensure resolution without delays.

Compliance & Statutory Adherence

  • Ensure all deployed employees meet compliance requirements (PF, ESIC, labour laws,

documentation).

  • Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure audit readiness and timely statutory submissions.
  • Provide clients with required compliance documentation when requested.

Billing & Collections

  • Prepare and validate monthly billing based on approved attendance and contract terms.
  • Share invoices with clients on time, along with necessary supporting documents.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections as per agreed credit timelines.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies or client queries related to invoices.

Issue Resolution & Client Support

  • Address operational issues, employee concerns, or client escalations efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Payroll, Compliance, Recruitment) to ensure smooth service

delivery.

  • Maintain high levels of responsiveness to client and employee needs.

  • Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of HR operations,

payroll, compliance, and staffing processes.

  • Excellent relationship-building,

communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and

deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and

documentation
