Conducted reference checks, salary negotiations, and assisted in onboarding processes.

Conducted telephonic and face-to-face interviews to shortlist potential hires.

Coordinated recruitment drives and walk-in interviews for mass hiring.

Ensured documentation and compliance during candidate joining.

Provided regular hiring status reports to clients.
