Job Title: Key Account Manager GCC Staffing Partnerships

Experience:

Role Overview

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with

    hiring managers, delivery leaders, and procurement stakeholders

    within GCCs.
  • Understand clients ongoing and upcoming

    staffing needs

    for software product development roles (Java, .NET, Full Stack, QA, Data, DevOps, etc.).
  • Proactively share profiles

    of available bench resources to relevant hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with the

    internal Talent Acquisition team

    to source and present qualified candidates for client requirements.
  • Own the

    end-to-end business development lifecycle

    from lead generation, account penetration, proposal coordination, and negotiation to closure.
  • Maintain an updated

    pipeline of staffing opportunities

    and ensure alignment with monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Conduct

    account mapping and research

    to identify potential new GCC clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery follow-ups.
  • Stay informed on GCC trends, talent market shifts, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 810 years of total experience with at least

    45 years in IT staffing or professional services sales

    .
  • Proven success in

    working with GCCs

    or

    large enterprise clients

    for technology staffing or managed resource solutions.
  • Strong understanding of

    software product development roles

    and associated skillsets.
  • Excellent

    relationship-building and negotiation skills

    across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to

    coordinate with internal recruiting teams

    and manage fulfillment targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting abilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred (not mandatory).
