Key Account Manager

As a Key Accounts Manager (KAM) in the Sales & Marketing department based in Hyderabad city, your role involves managing and nurturing strategic client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will need to be proactive, target-driven, and possess strong communication and coordination skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage major key accounts and cultivate long-term client relationships - Drive sales growth, enhance customer retention, and ensure client satisfaction - Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities - Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations - Coordinate with internal teams for timely and effective service delivery - Prepare proposals, quotations, and lead commercial negotiations to closure - Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights - Resolve client queries and escalate issues for prompt solutions - Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Any Degree or Post Graduate qualification - Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in sales, healthcare, marketing, wellness, or hospital services In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, field visits and client travel may be necessary for this role. You are expected to be goal-oriented, disciplined, and customer-focused. Candidates with experience in wellness, rehabilitation, healthcare, or hospital services are preferred.
