Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Operations team, responsible for managing and driving business growth through strategic account planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in key account management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform account management strategies and optimize results.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to key clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.

Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential from key accounts.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in key account management or operations management, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Strong understanding of the industry landscape and market trends, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Experience working with CRM software and other operational tools, focusing on data-driven decision making.
