Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at EDMO, you will play a crucial role in owning and growing strategic university relationships. Your main responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned university accounts, including CIOs, VPs of Enrollment, and Admissions Directors. - Driving customer success outcomes by improving adoption, retention, and expanding the usage of EDMO's solutions. - Conducting regular business reviews to showcase ROI, share usage analytics, and align EDMO with client priorities. - Collaborating with product and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and effective solution rollout. - Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities across EDMO's suite, such as Document Intelligence, GPA Calculator, Interview Analyzer, and Credit Transfer. - Building strong client advocacy by generating case studies, testimonials, and referrals. - Monitoring account health and proactively resolving risks to ensure renewals. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise SaaS/AI sales. - Prior exposure to EdTech, Higher Education, or SaaS platforms is strongly preferred. - Strong ability to navigate C-level and VP-level conversations within universities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data and propose value-driven solutions. - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or Slate is preferred.
