We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to coordinate and support activities across multiple sites in Kerala.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, conducting site visits, providing on-site training to housekeeping staff (HK) and engineering (technical) staff, and facilitating client communications.
This role demands frequent travel within Kerala to ensure smooth operations and maintain service standards.
Facility management work experience background is required.
