Key Account Manager

Job Description: You will focus on Star properties, Premium High End & Cocktail forward Bars & High Energy outlets to increase WOD and drive volumes to achieve budgeted sales. Your responsibilities will include driving brand availability and listings of PJ Luxury, Flagship, BTD & Fireball across the channels. You will coordinate with the National Key Accounts Head for ARC Tie Ups and drive the volumes & activities. Ensuring complete training programs for FnB staff of all the on premises will be essential. Additionally, you will drive PJVC visits for FnB staff, propose & plan promotions in the outlets to drive tertiary sales, and initiate brand wise & consumer connect events for brand awareness. Planning of Master Sessions with Master Distiller for PJSM & Malhar will also be part of your role. Qualifications Required: - Experience in the beverage industry with a focus on premium high-end bars and high energy outlets - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to drive sales and brand visibility across channels - Experience in planning and executing promotions and events for brand awareness Work Location: This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
