Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth in Protect and Grow segments by enhancing turnover and profit for the Portfolio of Customers. Your responsibilities will also include managing contract renewals, implementing regular price increases, and addressing other contract-related activities for the assigned Portfolio of Customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their needs. By working in conjunction with various departments such as Sales, Operations, and Service, you will ensure customer satisfaction and continuously deliver value to them. It will be your responsibility to prevent Customer Terminations within the assigned portfolio by providing exceptional customer service and effectively managing key accounts. The ideal candidate for this position should have 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of high achievement in Account Management. You should be adept at utilizing and analyzing sales and customer data, including metrics related to retention, customer satisfaction, and sales efficiency. Additionally, you should possess strong customer insight and be proficient in using customer analytics and digital systems efficiently. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients will be a key aspect of this role. You should have a solid understanding of client business processes, needs, and potential sales opportunities. Anticipating evolving client needs and collaborating on effective solutions will be essential, along with proactively enhancing account portfolios based on client requirements.
