Job Description

Account Management & Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic/key accounts (e.g., fleet operators, OEMs,RE developers, CPOs).
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Deployment Coordination

  • Work closely with internal project, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth rollout of chargers.
  • Monitor project execution timelines and serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure site readiness checks and commissioning milestones are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-8 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or partnerships, preferably in the EV, energy, or automotive sectors.
  • Experience working with CPOs, fleet operators, or RE developers is a plus.
  • Technical know-how of DC fast chargers (3 kW to 120+ kW) and EV charging protocols
  • (CCS2, CHAdeMO) is an advantage.
