Account Management & Growth Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic/key accounts (e.g., fleet operators, OEMs,RE developers, CPOs). Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Deployment Coordination Work closely with internal project, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth rollout of chargers. Monitor project execution timelines and serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams. Ensure site readiness checks and commissioning milestones are met. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3-8 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or partnerships, preferably in the EV, energy, or automotive sectors. Experience working with CPOs, fleet operators, or RE developers is a plus. Technical know-how of DC fast chargers (3 kW to 120+ kW) and EV charging protocols (CCS2, CHAdeMO) is an advantage.
