We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager - Ecommerce to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our key e-commerce accounts, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Analyze account performance metrics and prepare reports for management
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations to key accounts

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in account management or related field
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
