Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and expand business within existing accounts.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of creative deliverables.
• Provide strategic brand and marketing guidance, including 

  go-to-market strategies, social media, and digital marketing

  .
• Conduct competitor analysis to help clients position their brands effectively.
• Maintain a structured project calendar and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare and present business reviews, project updates, and marketing insights to clients.
• Ensure projects are quoted, approved, and invoiced accurately while coordinating with the accounts team for timely payments.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients, providing reports on project progress and performance.

• Business Growth & Cross-Selling:

   Identify opportunities for crss-selling Beyond Edge’s services, including website development, branding, digital marketing, and creative solutions, to maximize client engagement.

• Revenue & P&L Ownership:

   Take full ownership of the P&L for existing client accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 

  client servicing within an advertising agency

  .
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts across different industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business presentation expertise.
• Knowledge on design tools such as 

  PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, Canva, and Excel

  .
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with both national and international clients is an added advantage.
