Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at Beyond Edge, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing end-to-end project requirements while ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams to drive successful execution and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. - Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and expand business within existing accounts. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of creative deliverables. - Provide strategic brand and marketing guidance, including go-to-market strategies, social media, and digital marketing. - Conduct competitor analysis to help clients position their brands effectively. - Maintain a structured project calendar and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Prepare and present business reviews, project updates, and marketing insights to clients. - Conduct regular review meetings with clients, providing reports on project progress and performance. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling Beyond Edge's services, including website development, branding, digital marketing, and creative solutions, to maximize client engagement. - Take full ownership of the P&L for existing client accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing within an advertising agency. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts across different industries. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business presentation expertise. - Knowledge of design tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, Canva, and Excel. - Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with both national and international clients is an added advantage.,
