Role Overview
We are hiring a Key Account Manager for a B2B SaaS product company to manage existing enterprise and mid-market clients. This role carries end-to-end ownership of renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion, along with senior stakeholder and commercial ownership.
