Key Account Executive – Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
• Understand client needs and pitch suitable IT/software solutions.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with potential clients.
• Manage and update leads in CRM systems accurately.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales conversion targets.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication during all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Graduate

  in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum 1 year

  of experience in inside sales or lead generation (preferably IT/software domain).
• Excellent

  English communication skills (5/5 fluency)

  — verbal and written.
• Comfortable working in

  night shifts (US timings)

• Must be willing to work

  on-site

  (no pick-up or drop facility).
• Confident, target-driven, and proactive personality.
