Interfacingwith Internal / External Organisation, error free Reports and documentation.Market intelligence, warehouse, logistics etc., executing the trading plan and vendorrelationship management.
Requirements

To assist Trading Manager in ensuringcompliance to the system pertaining to trading operations and providing inputsfor strengthening or making changes in existing system.

Maintaining records and follow up with Broker/suppliersfor packing material distribution to respective mills.

Coordination with Surveyor for ensuring timelyinspection and packing of commodity on time

Maintaining records and follow up withBrokers/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cargo

Dispatch & Freight monitoring

Ensuring process compliance as per ITCSOP.

Monitor timely GRN & other entriesin SAP, in compliance with commodities SOP.

Interaction with suppliers/brokers andaddress all the relevant issues

Tracking & reviewing of all theabove activities on daily basis.

Good knowledge of Agri-commodity value chain, especially Wheat.
Highly self motivated and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills.
