Key Account Manager (KAM)

Role Overview

Amazon & Flipkart

SkinQ across India and US markets

Key Responsibilities

• Lead growth, revenue, and profitability across Amazon (IN + US) and Flipkart.
• Specialize in channel strategy for

  D2C beauty brands

  .
• Drive

  Amazon performance marketing

  (Ads, ACOS/ROAS optimization, visibility levers).
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with marketplaces.
• Optimize assortment, pricing, visibility, and promotions to maximize market share.
• Analyze marketplace metrics (traffic, CTR, conversions, Buy Box %, margins, etc.).
• Manage platform investments: ads, promotions, visibility spends, discount structures.
• Coordinate with supply chain for inventory planning, stock availability, and demand forecasts.
• Resolve operational issues (returns, chargebacks, penalties, claim disputes).
• Monitor competition, category trends, and algorithm changes.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience in

  E-commerce / Marketplace Management / KAM roles

  .
• Experience with

  D2C beauty brands

  is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  Amazon & Flipkart

  ; Amazon US experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart preferred).
• Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage P&L, margins, pricing, and performance marketing metrics.
