Job Summary:

Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and setting up visual displays, store layouts, and window installations.
• Ensure that all visual elements reflect the brand’s identity and enhance product visibility.
• Coordinate with store teams to maintain clean, attractive, and consistent visual presentation.
• Support seasonal and promotional campaigns through impactful in-store visuals.
• Visit stores regularly to ensure compliance with VM guidelines and standards.
• Assist in sourcing materials and props required for visual displays.
• Monitor store performance and suggest improvements in display based on sales trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related role.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual appeal.
• Basic understanding of color theory, lighting, space planning, and product positioning.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to different store locations when required.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
