Who are you?

We're looking for someone who is obsessed with good graphics and branding assets, as well as someone who:

• has

  0.5-1 years of experience in graphic design (especially in identity design)

• has high-level proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (primarily Photoshop & Illustrator) a good understanding of identity design, grid systems, communication design (Social
• Media, Ad creatives & Mainline, editorial layouts among other things sound knowledge of typography, color, and gestalt principles

• is a problem solver:

  Finding problems is good. Proposing solutions is even better

• is opinionated:

  why does your solution work?

• is proactive:

  we care deeply about what we do & when we see opportunities/problems, we act
• is good at giving and receiving feedback: We leave the ego at the door because the end result is what matters
• is excited for demanding work that is never rushed: Work-life balance is quite important to us. We have high standards, but we also take the time to get it right

Some of our most common web deliverables are:

• Art Direction
• Identity systems
• Brand manuals
• Stylescapes / Moodboards
• Illustrations

Who will you work with?

At SimplePlan, ours is an intentionally flat setup. At any given point, you'll be a part of a couple of projects in different phases which means your day will involve close collaboration with fellow graphic designers, web designers, front-end developers, creative leads as well as account executives.
