Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Video Editor based in Vapi. The Junior Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content, assembling raw footage, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure high-quality deliverables. They will use editing software to enhance visuals, add effects, and create a seamless viewing experience. Additionally, the Junior Video Editor will assist in managing video projects, maintaining deadlines, and contributing innovative ideas for storytelling and visual presentation.

Qualifications

Strong video editing skills, proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
Basic understanding of motion graphics and experience with tools like After Effects is a plus
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple video projects
Knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and video optimization
Willingness to learn and adapt to new editing techniques and technologies
Prior experience in video content creation and a portfolio showcasing your editing work is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
