Role Title Team Lead - Projects Reporting To Director – Projects / Head – Projects Role Purpose To lead project execution teams and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects. The role bridges technical execution with client engagement, vendor coordination, and process discipline. The Project Lead acts as the key operational anchor between site teams and management, while being developed as a potential successor to the Project Head . Key Result Areas (KRAs) Description Project Execution & Delivery Ensure on-time completion of all project phases as per approved plans, budgets, and quality standards. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; ensure transparency, satisfaction, and resolution of issues. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Oversee procurement schedules, work orders, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations. Process & Compliance Implement project management standards, documentation protocols, safety, and statutory compliance. Team Leadership & Development Mentor site engineers and junior staff, promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous skill enhancement. Reporting & MIS Maintain accurate project documentation, track KPIs, and submit reports on time to management. Key Responsibilities A. Project Management Prepare and monitor project schedules, cost plans, and progress charts. Conduct regular site reviews and resolve execution bottlenecks proactively. Support management in tender review and cost estimation when required.
